At Original Greatness, we are committed to providing high-quality fitness wear that supports your performance and confidence. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds on eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- A return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must remain intact
- Products must be in a resalable condition
How to Request a Refund
For Registered Customers
Log in to your account and navigate to:
My Account → Returns & Exchanges, then submit your return request.
For Guest Customers
Visit the Track Your Order page and follow the instructions to submit your return request.

Refund Processing Time
- Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected by our team to ensure it meets the return requirements.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
What Will Be Refunded
- Full product price
- VAT (Value Added Tax)
What Will Not Be Refunded
- Original shipping costs (unless the item was faulty or sent in error)
- Return shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Swimwear, earplugs, goggles, swimming paddles or fins
- Socks, gloves, shoelaces, insoles
- Bandages, hand wraps, towels, mats
- Any products in sealed packaging that has been opened
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will arrange a full refund or replacement, including return shipping, at no additional cost to you.
Refund Denials
Refunds may be refused if items:
- Are returned after the 30-day return period
- Show signs of wear, washing, or use
- Are missing original tags or packaging
- Are damaged due to misuse or not in resalable condition
If a refund request is denied, we will notify you and arrange for the item to be returned to you at your expense.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or colour, please submit a return request and place a new order for the preferred item.
