RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your Original Greatness fitness wear! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of receiving your order.

RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

For Registered Users:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to 'My Account' → 'Returns & Exchange'
  3. Submit your return request within 30 days of receiving your order
  4. You'll receive a confirmation email with return instructions
  5. Track your return status by clicking 'Track Your Order'

For Guest Users:

  1. Visit the 'Track Your Order' page
  2. Submit your return request within 30 days of receiving your order
  3. Alternatively, contact our Customer Care team below

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of your return request being approved
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Include any accessories or packaging that came with the product
  • All items must be returned in one package
  • Use only our approved shipping method (details provided in your return confirmation)

REFUND PROCESS

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • VAT will be refunded
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once your return is received and the refund is being processed

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimwear
  • Earplugs, goggles
  • Swimming paddles/fins
  • Socks, gloves, shoe laces, insoles
  • Bandages, hand wraps
  • Towels, mats
  • Any products in sealed packaging that have been opened

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order:

  • Registered users: Log in to 'My Account' → 'Returns & Exchange'
  • Guest users: Submit a request via 'Track Your Order'

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • If your order contains multiple items, you can only request a return once all items have been delivered
  • You may only return or exchange items once per order
  • Items not included in your approved return list will be sent back at your expense
  • Items returned in used condition or without original tags may be refused, and return shipping will be charged to you
  • Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at your expense

ORIGINAL GREATNESS RIGHTS

Original Greatness reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for items that are not in resalable condition, have been worn, washed, damaged, or are missing original tags and packaging.

Returns made outside of the 30-day timeframe will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense.
