At Original Greatness, we are committed to delivering high-quality fitness wear designed for performance, comfort, and confidence. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and convenient return or exchange process within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- All original tags must remain attached
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- Items must be in resalable condition
How to Request a Return or Exchange
For Registered Customers
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to My Account → Returns & Exchange
- Submit your return request within 30 days of receiving your order
- You will receive a confirmation email with return instructions
- Track your return status using the Track Your Order page
For Guest Customers
- Visit the Track Your Order page
- Submit your return request within 30 days of receiving your order

Return Requirements
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:
- Items must be returned within 30 days after the return request has been approved
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Include all accessories or packaging that came with the product
- All items should be returned in a single package
- Please use only the approved shipping method provided in your return confirmation email
Refund Process
- Once your returned items are received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- VAT (Value Added Tax) will be refunded where applicable
- You will receive an email confirmation once your return is received and the refund has been processed
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
Swimwear
- Swimming paddles or fins
- Socks, gloves, shoelaces, and insoles
- Bandages and hand wraps
- Any product in sealed packaging that has been opened
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no additional cost to you.
Important Notes
- If your order contains multiple items, a return request can only be submitted after all items have been delivered
- Only one return or exchange request per order is permitted
- Items not included in your approved return request will be returned to you at your expense
- Items returned without original tags or in used condition may be refused
- Returns received after the 30-day period will not be accepted
Original Greatness Rights
Original Greatness reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if items:
- Are not in resalable condition
- Have been worn, washed, or damaged
- Are missing original tags or packaging
Returns submitted outside the 30-day return window will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
