Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and standard shipping usually takes 5–7 business days, with expedited options available at checkout. Yes, we ship internationally, and shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. You can also track your order easily, as once it is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. For exchanges, you need to place a new order for the desired item and then return the original item following the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.
Payment & Security
Each product page includes a sizing chart—measure yourself and compare it to find your perfect fit. Our products are eco-friendly, as we use sustainable materials and packaging wherever possible. We often restock sold-out items, so you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page to be informed when they’re available again

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. Your payment information is completely secure, as our checkout is fully encrypted and we do not store your credit card details. Only one discount code can be applied per order.
Account & Orders
You don’t need an account to place an order—you can checkout as a guest, though creating an account allows for faster checkout and easier order tracking. Orders can only be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement, so please contact support immediately if needed.
